Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

TogaAI allows merchants to upload product images and generate new visuals using AI. These images can be pushed directly to your Shopify store.

2. Account and Access

By using the app, you authorize us to access certain Shopify store information necessary for providing services. You remain responsible for all activities under your store.

3. Plans and Payments

• We use Shopify's Billing API to manage recurring charges.
• We offer a free plan that includes 7 tokens as a trial.
• No refunds or prorated cancellations are provided.

4. Commercial Use

All generated images can be used for commercial purposes by the store owner.

5. Restrictions

• You may not scrape or reverse-engineer our app.
• You are solely responsible for how you use generated content, including any legal, ethical, or content restrictions (e.g., NSFW use).

6. Intellectual Property

TogaAI retains all rights to the app interface and its underlying code. You retain all rights to your original and generated images.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend service for abuse or violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee results or uptime. TogaAI is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
